Online Help Iconography
These are the most recent illustrations I created to help section out an Online Help Knowledge Base website. The areas we populated them with were at the top of a page hierarchy so to create separation and help the user identify with each section.

Sketching Techniques
for Journey Mapping
These are practice illustrations from Stanford’s Continued Education course, “Design Thinking through Sketching Techniques.” I utilized this technique to convey a story in my portfolio. I also used this technique in a live project which helped to create buy-in for the project.
Plaxo Virtual Gifts Concept
with Interface Redesign
In this prototype concept, the intent was to redesign the static profile landing page to include virtual gifts and an eCard section. The rationale here was to increase activity in sharing to open opportunities to onboard new users, ultimately for increased subscriptions.

Gamification Badges
These are customized badges for Badgeville, a SaaS company providing gamification services for websites to measure and influence behavior. The badges were used primarily for social sharing and gamification to bring value and help drive ROI.
